The game has a plot very similar to The Legend Of Zelda: Oracle Of Seasons and even features the titular Oracle, as well as Hyrule.
Mario must use a rod to change the seasons to retrieve certain stars and overcome obstacles. The game is shorter than others, only having 15 stars in total, but that doesn’t affect the quality of the gameplay. Fans were excited when Mario Is Missing! was released in 1993. They thought that Luigi was finally going to be the main character in a platforming game, but instead got a point-and-click educational game. Players can finally relieve their frustration with the fittingly titled, Mario Is Missing! Done Right.
The fan-made Flash game follows basically the same plot as the original, except it is closer to what fans originally expected. It is a side-scrolling platformer featuring Luigi as he tracks down his missing brother. While Luigi has his own successful franchise now, the first of which is considered one of the best Mario games on Gamecube, this is a way for fans to play the game they felt they deserved all those years ago.

The Mario games have had hard levels over the years, but they are mostly found in fair challenges. Kaizo Mario World is designed to be the exact opposite, giving an unfair and difficult twist to a beloved classic. This unofficial game has become infamous over the years, and often times it is used as a prank.
