Every Beats Fit Pro Color & Which You Should Buy

The Beats Fit Pro are among the best wireless headphones available right now — and making them even better are a handful of excellent colors to choose from. 2021 proved to be an excellent year for Apple-made audio gear. In June, the Beats Studio Buds debuted as a $150 alternative to AirPods. They lacked Apple’s advanced H1 chip, but they delivered active noise cancellation and seamless integration with iOS and Android devices alike. AirPods 3 launched a few months later as another excellent option — touting a sleek design, MagSafe charging, and improved audio quality.

For folks not impressed with the Studio Buds or AirPods 3, the Beats Fit Pro are a virtually perfect alternative. Released in November, the Fit Pro have a lot going for them: a super comfortable design, powerful ANC, and good audio — just to name a few of the highlights. At $199 ($50 less than AirPods Pro), the Beats Fit Pro are an extremely compelling purchase.

Further adding to the Fit Pro’s appeal are all of the gorgeous colors the earbuds come in. Beats has four styles to choose from, including Beats Black, Beats White, Sage Gray, and Stone Purple. All four colors are available for the same $199 MSRP and look outstanding for their own reasons. Especially compared to the boring white hue of AirPods 3 and AirPods Pro, the Fit Pro are a lot more visually interesting.

How To Pick The Best Beats Fit Pro Color

While the Beats Fit Pro are a pretty easy recommendation, determining which color to buy is where things get tricky. If someone wants their earbuds to be as sleek and stealthy as possible, Beats Black would be our first choice. The earbuds and charging case are both engulfed in a deep black paint job that doesn’t attract too much attention to itself. The only hint of color is the red Beats ‘b’ logo on the ends of the earbuds and the top of the case. It gives the Fit Pro a nice pop without being too intense, and it’s a touch we really appreciate. Another excellent choice is Beats White. This particular color has a stark white appearance reminiscent of AirPods, though it also touts the same red ‘b’ to spice things up. White and red has always been an iconic look for the Beats brand, and it’s just as stunning as ever with Beats White on the Fit Pro.

Things get even more interesting with the last two colors. At first glance, Sage Gray looks like a pretty standard getup. The earbuds and case are both covered in a matte gray finish, with the only hint of color being the minty-white ‘b’ logos. Open up the case, however, and that same minty hue covers the entirety of the inside — giving Sage Gray a really gorgeous two-tone appearance. Something similar happens with Stone Purple. The earbuds and outside of the case don an intense light violet color, whereas the inside of the case is matte black.

You really can’t go wrong with any of these colors. Want something super simple and low-key? Beats Black is perfect. Like the stark white of AirPods but wish there was just a slight touch of color? Beats White pulls this off wonderfully. The two-tone colors are excellent as well. Sage Gray combines its professional gray color with the more playful mint on the inside, whereas Stone Purple mashes purple and black together for a design that’s equal parts masculine and feminine. No matter which you end up choosing, you’re getting a pair of earbuds that look darn good.
