The Kissing Booth 2 picks up after the original storyline, with Elle Evans preparing for her senior year of high school and trying to maintain a relationship with her boyfriend, Noah Flynn, who now attends Harvard University. Hoping to earn tuition money for college, Elle teams up with best friend Lee, Noah’s brother, for a Dance Dance Mania contest, with $50,000 being the top prize. She also meets a new transfer student, Marco, who is revealed to be quite the Dance Dance Mania competitor. Meanwhile, Lee’s girlfriend Rachel keeps a close eye on Elle, who in turn tries to figure out if Noah has been cheating with a Harvard friend named Chloe. Based on Beth Reekles book The Kissing Booth 2: Going the Distance, The Kissing Booth 2 on Netflix was written by Marcello and Jay Arnold.
