Only a few The Voice season 21 contestants managed to get all four coaches – Ariana Grande, Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, and John Legend – to turn their red rotating chairs during the Blind Auditions after hearing their performances. With the addition of none other than Ariana as a coach on The Voice, NBC kicked off this new season on Monday, September 20. As expected, several extremely talented singers have been featured on the show this year.

Just like previous seasons, The Voice season 21 aired three weeks – a total of six episodes – of Blind Auditions. Week 1 welcomed 18 singers into the competition, week 2 added 15 more contestants to the show, and week 3 showed 15 more singers landing spots in a team. With the Blind Auditions now being over, each coach currently has 12 contestants in their respective teams. This number will be reduced once the Battles round begins, and even more cuts will be made in the Knockouts phase later in the season.

So far, the coaches have been extremely competitive on The Voice season 21. Given Ariana’s massive popularity with music lovers from all over the world, it was a given that so many aspiring singers would want her as their coach throughout the season. Moreover, Ed Sheeran has been cast as this season’s mega mentor for the Knockouts. Thus, this is the perfect time to look back at which Blind Auditions got all four coaches to turn their chairs during season 21.
